Not paid:

Traffic that falls under one or more restrictions from the "Categorically Prohibited" list;

Multi-accounts, test conversions, scams, websites, torrents, motive, incent, celebrities in creo.

MUST FOR WEBMASTERS: before launching traffic, check with your personal manager about the relevance of the offer and the possibility of launching on it.
