trash_other_reason — other trash reason 
 
expensive — customer considered the product too expensive 
 
changed_mind — customer decided he doesn't want the product anymore 
 
health_issues — customer can't buy the product because of health issues 
 
consultation — customer placed an order to ask questions about the product and decided not to buy 
 
cannot_reach_client — call center couldn't reach the client after several attempts at different times on different days, we will not call again 
 
cancelled_other_reason — other cancellation reason
